All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Selah Beauty Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Selah Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
